You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item received is damaged, defective,
or not as described.
- The item was wrongly delivered (wrong
size, colour, variant).
- The item is eligible for return under the
vendor’s listing.
Items must be returned:
- Within 7 days of delivery.
- In unused, unwashed, and original
condition.
- With all original tags, packaging, and
receipts included.
The following items cannot be returned or
exchanged:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh foods,
poultry)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Health and personal care products (e.g.,
cosmetics, undergarments)
- Sealed items that have been opened (e.g.,
packaged medicines, hygiene items)
- Items marked “final sale” or
“non-refundable” on the product page
To initiate a return:
1. Log in to your Ogababa account.
2. Go to “My Orders”, select the item and
click “Request Return”.
3. Upload clear photos of the item if it is
damaged, defective, or wrong.
4. Await review and confirmation email from
our support team.
5. Package the item securely and return to
the vendor’s address or a designated Ogababa hub.
Return shipping cost:
- Will be covered by the seller if the
error is from them.
- Will be covered by the buyer if it’s a
change of mind.
Once your return is received and inspected,
your refund will be processed:
- Refund will be made within 5–10 business
days via your original payment method or Ogababa wallet.
- If the item was part of a bundle, only
the returned portion will be refunded.
- Delivery charges may not be refunded
except in cases of seller fault.
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
You may choose:
- Same item different size or colour
- Alternative product of equal or lesser
value
If the new item is more expensive, you will
be required to pay the difference.
If a resolution cannot be reached directly
between buyer and seller, Ogababa Ltd will mediate and make a final decision
based on evidence provided.
